Thomas Laurenson
Technical Director
Thomas Laurenson is the Technical Director who heads up the technology side, designing and installing the Internet of Things (IoT) systems. Thomas is a degree qualified Electronic and Electrical engineer with 14yrs experience in the energy industry.
He is an expert problem solver, taking a hands on approach to tasks and looking for creative ways to improve system functionality.
His qualifications include City & Guilds in Electricity at Work Regulations and the Requirements for Electrical Installations (BS7671: 2008) and he is a CEDIA Electronic Systems Certified Technician and Networking Specialist.
His passion for smart home technologies, which started in his home, is the drive behind the business.
Thomas is currently working with the Albyn Housing Association on their Fit Homes project.
